6:00 pm Opening ceremony: Under the patronage of her Excellency Dr. Khouloud Ideibes, Palestinian Minister of Tourism and Antiquities. Meeting point at Birzeit Municipality where the scout parade of Birzeit & Jerusalem Greek Orthodox will escort the Minister, Ramallah Governor, BirZeit Mayor, Representatives of participating foreign countries and other guests towards the Main Theatre at the Catholic Church. An actual Palestinian Groom/Bride Zaffa for Fadi Charlies Al Hijjeh and Sandy Tannous (organized by Holy Land Christian Ecumenical Foundation -Father Anton Buzo for senior citizens club).
7:00pm Medley and Mijana with artist Mohamed Ya’coub to be followed by Folkloric Dabkeh of the Latin School group in Birzeit
7:30 pm Children’s Play “Nakhleh El Shibber” with artists Yacoub Abu Arrafa and Samer Tarazi
8:30 pm Screening of short films for young Directors from PYALARA
9:00 pm Al-َQuds Troop For Popular Art

6:30 pm Children’s Play “The Red Apple” for Al Hara Theatre
7:30 pm Orchestra Bissan for Tarab songs
8:00 pm Film “Divine Intervention” for director Elia Suleiman, sponsored by PYALARA
9:00 pm Zajjal and Poet Shihada Khoury followed by ‘Ouf’ Group for Popular Dabka
