Al Jabal: a study on the transfer of Bedouin Palestine refugees

At the press conference that accompanied release of this report, independent refugee expert Prof. Dawn Chatty (Oxford University) noted ”My message to the Israeli authorities is that under the laws of belligerent occupation, forcibly transferring a community to a rubbish dump could be a war crime. In 30 years of studying Bedouin communities, I have never come across anything as unacceptable as this”.
